With over 10 years of experience in change management and operational improvement, I provide comprehensive solutions that help organizations reach their goals. My work is informed by a commitment to cultural competency and anti-bias practices, and I have a special interest in leveraging technology to promote higher mission impact.

In 2022 I presented a workshop on culture and accounting at NTC 2022, NTEN’s yearly nonprofit technology conference, and was interviewed on Tony Martignetti’s podcast, Nonprofit Radio. I have a B.A. in Anthropology and an M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
