I run Double Loop Consulting, where I help mission-driven teams get their operations in shape because I really believe operations is the foundation for good culture.
When the behind-the-scenes stuff works smoothly, people can actually focus on the work they care about. I partner with organizations to simplify systems, improve communication, and create structures that support both impact and a healthy team dynamic.

About me
With over 19 years of experience in change management and operational improvement, I provide comprehensive solutions that help organizations reach their goals. My work is informed by a commitment to cultural competency and anti-bias practices, and I have a special interest in leveraging technology to promote higher mission impact.

In 2022 I presented a workshop on culture and accounting at NTC 2022, NTEN’s yearly nonprofit technology conference, and was interviewed on Tony Martignetti’s podcast, Nonprofit Radio. I am adjunct teacher with Nonprofit Solutions for their Certificate in Nonprofit Management course offered with accreditation from UMass Global. I have a B.A. in Anthropology and an M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. As of Fall 2025 I will be a certified global partner with the Fearless Organization Scan, supporting organizations with a healthy workplace culture.
