Rebuilt Internal Tracking System that Tightened Efficiency to a 99.6% Successful Delivery Rate

Remotely assessed home delivery network issues to find current state gaps in processes and tools. Built a new QuickBase reporting tool to manage delivery issues in the network. Remotely trained 65 delivery teams on new tool and SOP changes during implementation. Additionally, managed a team of 12 that monitored and expedited resolutions of delivery exceptions.

Upgraded Member Services with Web-based Membership Database Launch

Implemented the launch of YourMembership (YM) database transferring data from Access, Eventbrite, and paper sources into the new system. New tools allow for individuals to monitor and manage their personal progress. (Nonprofit Solutions)

Expanded Member Services Implementing a Social Media Scheduler

Membership benefits entailed regular posting and reposting of local businesses social media content which became more consistently upheld with the new Loomly tool. Not only were better and more consistent services provided but the small staff also saw an alleviation to their time resources with the ability to collaborate, plan, and schedule posts in the future.

Built Revenue Streams with Integrated Job Board Upgrades

Managed the search, pricing structure, design, and implementation of a new job board to build a new revenue stream. A two part process that included a “mini upgrade” from an old Dreamweaver website to a Wordpress based job board plug-in followed by a full system upgrade to the YourMembership (YM) tool YM Careers integrated with YM’s membership management system.

  • Program research & development: Creation of a teacher training program to convert teaching staff from gig work to long term roles. Created job descriptions with new roles, compensation leveling, and provided funding source research. (San Diego Youth Symphony)

  • Assessment & Strategic Planning: Conducted internal and external analysis based on La Piana Real-Time Strategic Planning tools. Conducted surveys, interviews, and an Environmental Scan to guide the organization through a pre-strategic planning process. (BAPAC of San Diego)

  • Financial Standing & Budget Assessment: Analyzed the current state of a new organization’s budget to provide alignment for their 3-year strategic goals. Provided them with a report on their current ratios and how those will be impacted by current revenue streams and program expenditures. Additionally, provided a comparison study of a similar organization with shared goals and programs to use as a case study for their future strategy. (Encinitas 4 Equality)
